 Language is a media of expressing what in our mind, every animal has his/her own language to make understand what does he want to say to his same race, so that every where we see the Multiple Language in various society tribe and country,about 5 thousand Language are using in this earth, so it is a matter to be wonder that how this multiple Language existed while people are same in structure though color is different in area basis. In 1947,Dr, Ziauddin ahmed, vice chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University proposed Urdu is a state language of Pakistan and Mohammad Shahabuddin a renowned and respected Bangali scholar who protected the advocacy of Urdu as a state Language of Pakistan and put argument in favour of Bengali as the state Language of Pakistan in an article titled "Pakistaner Bhasha Shimosha"(The language problem in Pakistan) published in daily Azad ,July,29,1947, In 15 December,1947,Tamaddun majlis (a Bangali Islamic cultural organization) published a booklet titled"Pakistaner rashtra Bhasha Bangla na Urdu"?
